Administrative Sales Assistant
Administrative Sales Assistant Job Description
Administrative Sales Assistant will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs for a Sales Department for a Manufacturing company in Fort Worth. Must be able to work independently with limited to no supervision at times. The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer-service minded with experience in this industry. This role works internally with high level management and clients on a daily and weekly basis. Ability to manage several different tasks throughout the day and prioritize duties accordingly.
Two Shift Openings:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Monday-Friday 10:00 am- 7:00 pm
Pay $14-18/hr Boe
Job duties of the Administrative Assistant:
- Key activities including multiple phone line management, organizing schedule
- Provide information about the products and services
- Keeps track of stock
- Participation and organization of meeting materials
- Answer phones and direct or take messages as necessary
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
- Other clerical support duties as assigned.
