Project Coordinator Job Description
- Project Management Associate.
- Support the Project Manager in the implementation and consistent delivery of drug development projects.
- Work with Project Managers (PM) to facilitate effective team meetings; including coordinate logistics, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, preparing/collecting/posting presentation decks.
- Working with PM, follows up on appropriate action items with development team members.
- Working with PM, maintains team’s SharePoint site content.
- Assists PM by developing presentation decks, reports, and spreadsheets.
